KATHMANDU, MAY 17 (Xinhua) -- Nepal's former Prime Minister and senior leader of Communist Party of Nepal-United Marxist Leninist (CPN-UML) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that Nepal will build its dream compatible to Chinese dream.

In a recent exclusive interview with Xinhua about Chinese dream, the former prime minister said China dream aims to provide social justice to all the people of China and around the world. He said Chinese dream will contribute for the stability and prosperity of whole of Asia.

The former prime minister, who led CPN-UML for 15 years after 1990 as party's general secretary, stated that without having a dream, Nepal cannot take advantage of opportunities for development. He said once the transition is over, Nepal will concentrate on economic development formulating a dream compatible to Chinese dream.

The 60-year-old Nepalese leader seemed upbeat that Chinese dream will be realized in the coming decades and it will contribute to world peace, stability and prosperity. China dream is a phrase coined by Chinese president Xi Jinping last year, which has drawn international acclaim.

"China will emerge as the first economic and powerful country of the world. But China does not believe in super power ego," said the leader who is advocating for social justice and equality.

When he visited China in December 2009 as Nepal's prime minister, the two countries decided to establish a comprehensive partnership of cooperation to lift bilateral relationship to a higher level.
