After entering the “Sunshine Home”, she worked diligently without complaint, and was appointed as the quality inspector of the factory in less than three months.

June 2012, the Narcotics Control Commission of Kaili City rent 1,000 square meters of factory building in Fengqiu Magnetic Material Factory of Guizhou Province and established the “Sunshine Ornaments Processing Plant” which became the second-phase placement location of Kaili City and placed 39 persons.

In early July 2012, Kaili City established the third-phase placement site of the “Sunshine Project” at the province's largest company for integrated coal, electricity, and aluminum production – “Guizhou Qiya Aluminum Co., Ltd.” which is located in Lushan Industrial Park, Guizhou Lubi Economic Development Zone. The placement site accepted 50 community-based rectifying persons for unified lodging and board, and unified management. The enterprise pays base salary of 1,500 yuan per capita per month, and the government grants subsidy of 500 yuan per capita per month for the drug rehab persons. July 28, Kaili City organized the pre-job training conference for the employees in the third-phase of “Sunshine Project”. More than 50 drug rehab persons and released persons from prison and labor camp participated in the training. The Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau provided these employees with quilts, mattresses, bed linens, and other articles for daily use.

Tianshen Wood Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Lianshan Village, Fengcheng Town, Tianzhu County. After the “Sunshine Project Office” signed contract with the company, it has accepted a total of 39 community-based drug detoxification persons and 17 drug rehabilitation persons. Barium Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. in Shexue Township in Tianzhu County is a state-owned chemical industry enterprise solely funded by Hebei Xinji Chemical Group. The company has accepted a total of 30 community-based drug detoxification persons and 20 community-based drug rehabilitation persons.
