Under the leadership of the Prefecture Party Committee, the Prefecture People’s Government, and the Narcotics Control Commission, the counties and cities in Qiandongnan Prefecture focused on the four aspects of staffing, funding, sites, and projects during the construction of the “Sunshine Project”.
