Local government not to demolish the house by force

The "most stubborn Nail Household" is under the administration of Xiayangzhang village, Daxi town, Wenling city. Luo Baogen and his family live in the house.

Contradictions about this building, which has caused the hot discussion of many net citizens, focus on relocation compensation standards. There has been dissidence between both sides.

Luo Baogen said the house was completed ten years ago and cost more than 600,000 yuan including decoration expenses. Today, the government would only grant 260,000 yuan of compensation, with which he cannot afford to build or buy replacement housing.

In regard of the "most stubborn Nail Household", the local government said the house will not be forcibly demolished nor will its water or electricity be cut off before the signing of a formal relocation agreement.
