Chen Aiming started to learn the craftsmanship of designing and making celadon from his father when he was 18 years old. Since then, Chen has been committed to the innovation and promotion of the art of celadon.

Originating in the Jin dynasty some one thousand years ago, Longquan celadon enjoys a long historical legacy. It is outstanding for its translucent glaze, jade-like coating and exquisite shapes.
Currently, there are more than 3000 craftsmen and nearly 400 celadon factories in Longquan city of Zhejiang province in China. Besides, more and more Chinese youth begin to show interests in this ancient craftsmanship.
