Exercise

Exercise plays a significant role in winter. The right amount of exercise can boost your immune system and fend off winter time colds and other illnesses. Experts stress that it is particularly important to do warm-up activities before taking any exercise in winter because the body's temperature is a little lower and the joints take a little bit longer to warm up properly. What's more, you'd better dress according to the weather conditions, and put on dry clothes after exercise to avoid getting a chill. People who have cerebrovascular disease should be prohibited from doing strenuous exercise like ball playing and mountain climbing. The mid-aged and the elderly who has respiratory diseases should avoid cold stimulation in the morning and evening, and do exercise under the sun to reduce the onset of the diseases.
