Examination and verification information of merger, acquisition and reorganization of listed companies began to be released on the website of CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) from October 15. Due to the influence of the domestic and foreign economic environment and national policy support, the merger, acquisition and reorganization within an industry begin to be speeded up in recent years and the merger, acquisition and reorganization market for the listed companies is also active increasingly. It is a realistic choice for security companies to enhance strength and increase advantages through actively participating in the merger and acquisition business.

According to statistics, the merger and acquisition turnover and the amount of deals for the domestic resident enterprises in 2011 created a yearly record, reaching RMB 1.62 trillion yuan and 4698 respectively. The proportion of merger and acquisition turnover for the listed companies in the total merger and acquisition turnover also increases from less than 20 percent on average before 2005 to 67 percent in 2011.
