TEHRAN, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Oil Ministry spokesman said his country is ready to build small oil refineries in other countries should there is an interest, Tehran Times daily reported on Thursday.
Alireza Nikzad-Rahbar said that Tehran has already signed agreements to build several refineries in Iraq and Pakistan.
Under Western sanctions, the Iranians have developed expertise for building refineries domestically.
Governments of Algeria, Angola and South Africa have reportedly reached terms of agreement with Iran for building refineries in their countries, according to Tehran Times.
