TOKYO, March 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted Kyushu, Japan at 09:34:52 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 32.80 km, was initially determined to be at 31.6794 degrees north latitude and 131.4861 degrees east longitude.
