College students to perform "Flowers in May" in Beijing (3)

Ethnic dancing is a highlight of this year's Flowers in May gala. (CNTV)

To achieve a better visual effect, technology is also being used at this year’s show.

The "Flowers in May" performance will be held at the Fengtai Sports Center. Over 1,000 students from more than 50 colleges across the country are taking part. The show will be televised Saturday night on CCTV.
