Security situation remains unchanged

The situation of international security remains unchanged, featuring that Western countries are strong and countries in East are relatively weak. Western countries still occupy the dominant status.

Without large-scale wars, security crises and new hot spot issues occur one after another. The security relations among powers are relatively stable while indirect conflicts are commonly seen. The United States avails itself of every opportunity to implement its strategic adjustment. Russia avoids the pressure to seek strategic initiative. Japan features policy transformation and new militarism in new situation. The Europe is weak and the military influence of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has declined.

Both West Asia and North Africa suffer turbulent situations and deep contradictions. The Syrian issue continues to escalate and even spills over to Turkey. The Iranian issue drags on. Israel blatantly claims use of force, The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has never ended and Islamic force rises sharply.

The conflicts in the Asia-Pacific region has intensified, the United States implements the rebalance strategy in the region, complicating the surrounding situation of China. China keeps a dynamic balance in safeguarding legal rights and maintaining stability and has won the victory.
