The Fund of Peace of Republic of Kazakhstan said in a congratulatory message that "we truly believe that with the leadership of Xi, the further development of China would have a positive impact on both its internal and external growth."
It said the administration of Xi indeed has great potential, internal strength and high spirit to effectively solve every problem and challenge the Chinese nation is currently facing.
Ko Ko Hlaing, Myanmar's chief political advisor to the president, chairman of the Center for Strategic and International Studies of Myanmar Development Resources Institute, said they do hope and believe that under the new leadership of Xi and other leaders, the CPC can take a firm role of guiding China and its people to further substantive development on the right track of reform and opening-up.
The South African Peace Initiative (SAPI) said in a congratulatory message that it extends its fraternal, best wishes to the newly elected leadership and a successful forward-looking 18th National Conress.
