Women carrying a child are advised to wear a maternity seat belt. Keep the lap strap below their bump, the diagonal strap between their breasts and adjust the fit to be as snug as is comfortably possible.
It's really important that while driving you constantly check to see the lap belt has not risen up on to your belly.
