China, guided by actions, cooperates with Africa under the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), delivering tangible benefits to people from both sides.

In 2015, China announced 10 cooperation plans for the next three years to boost its cooperation with Africa.

In 2018, China launched eight major initiatives at the Beijing Summit of FOCAC.

At the FOCAC's Eighth Ministerial Conference held in 2021, China announced that it would jointly implement nine programs with Africa as the first three-year plan of the China-Africa Cooperation Vision 2035.
