BEIJING, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Top Chinese political advisor Jia Qinglin flew back to Beijing on Wednesday afternoon after concluding his official goodwill visits to Italy, Costa Rica and Argentina.
Jia, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, visited the three countries between Nov. 27 and Dec. 12.
He made the visits at the invitation of the governments of Italy and Costa Rica, and Argentine Vice President and President of the Senate Amado Boudou.
