7 dead, 15 injured in central China auto collision

CHANGSHA, Nov.7 (Xinhua) -- Seven people were killed and another 15 were injured after a bus hit a truck on Wednesday in central China's Hunan province, local authorities said.

A passenger bus loaded with 27 people hit a truck around noon Wednesday in Ningxiang county, the county government said.

The injured have been rushed to a local hospital.

Most of the casualties were bus passengers.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
