POLICE in Hangzhou city, capital of eastern China's Zhejiang Province, are now hunting for a suspect who brutally attacked a man with a knife in front of a bank outlet yesterday afternoon.
The attack took place about 2pm yesterday outside an outlet of Postal Savings Bank of China on Desheng Road in Hangzhou.
Witnesses reportedly said the assailant hacked the victim with a long knife and fled the scene quickly.
Site photos released online by local media showed the man lying in a large pool of blood. He's said to have been injured around his back and waist.
Police have not released more details of the case including whether it's a robbery case or not.
