BEIJING, March 28 (Xinhua) -- All officials studying at the Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee are students and none have rank or privilege, the school's president said Thursday.
Party School President Liu Yunshan made the remarks at a symposium with some Party school students and teachers on fostering study habits.
Liu, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said students should fully recognize the importance of studying and build good research habits.
In China, CPC officials often attend workshops and training courses offered by CPC schools and other training institutions. The courses are designed to improve their knowledge of theory, widen their vision and strengthen their spirit.
Liu stressed that none of the students may have accompaniment when studying, nor may they be allowed to focus on networking or forming cliques.
