Show pays tribute to CCTV documentaries

Live music and visual splendor came together Wednesday night at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing. A symphony orchestra played along with clips from some of CCTV's outstanding documentaries.

Graceful music with stunning visuals - Armed with a hundred-meter tall LED display, the concert "Beautiful China" takes the audience on a tour of classic CCTV documentaries over the past thirty years.

Clips from 14 films are showcased, including historical works like "The Forbidden Palace" and "The New Silk road." The wildly popular series "A Bite of China" also appears.
