Beijing, July 8 (Xinhua) -- A 6.7-magnitude earthquake jolted New Britain, Papua New Guinea at 4:30 a.m. on Monday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter, with a depth of 60 km, was monitored at 6.0 degrees south latitude and 149.8 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
