China's top legislature is considering designating September 3 as Victory Day of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
The draft decision will be discussed at the bi-monthly session of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) which runs from Feb 25 through Feb 27.
