According to informed sources, the exhibition will follow the principle of "Internationalizing Chinese culture", with the objectives of expanding knowledge of the best of traditional Chinese culture, promoting Chinese painting and calligraphy to an international audience, and enhancing the friendship between China and western countries.

Fifteen first-class contemporary Chinese painters will participate in the event, in which more than 40 of their masterpieces will be on display. These works cover themes such as portraits, landscapes, and birds and flowers, presented in different styles and forms.

The exhibition has attracted widespread public attention among mainstream groups at home and abroad. In fact, it is expected that four Nobel laureates and about 300 celebrities from political, business and artistic circles in the United States will attend the opening ceremony.
