Lang Zheng expresses his gratitude at a flag-raising ceremony of the opening of Wenchuan Earthquake Memorial Museum, southwest China’s Sichuan province, May 9, 2013. When Lang Zheng was buried under a collapsed building he was only three year old. Lying on a plank used as stretcher, he rose up a thin arm to salute to eight PLA soldiers who pulled him out of debris, which was one of the most touching moments during the whole Wenchuan quake rescue. Now, Lang is in second grade in a primary school in Sichuan. (Chinanews.com/Yang Chao)
