Tug tows away Luo Guishun's fishing boat on Nov. 24, 2012. Luo Guishui nearly 50 years old, grew up in boat and made living by fishing for decades in Nanning of Guangxi. To comply with the new municipal planning of Nanning government, Luo signed the settlement agreement with the government and decided to move from the Yijiang River to downtown.
