Let the Sunshine of Love Shine on Every Special Group (2)

What is valuable of the "Sunshine Project" is that it adheres to "people orientation," and builds a platform for drug recovery personnel to retrieve themselves, and their self-esteem and confidence. It is a project corresponding to popular aspirations, a project caring for people's well-being, and a harmonious project. Currently, our province has included the "Sunshine Project" into its general planning for economic and social development, and considered it as an important part of the province's construction of the "10 major projects for people's well-being." The departments at all levels in Guizhou should carefully draw on the experience from the "Sunshine Project," explore more ways and be more practical, care about such a special group with great love, and motivate all possible forces to vigorously promote social management and innovation and create a harmonious, stable and sound environment for our province's scientific development and catching-up through own efforts.
