Int'l Volunteer Day marked in China (8)

A volunteer (L) from Lanzhou University of Technology has a talk with a blind student at Lanzhou School for the Blind, Deaf and Dumb in Lanzhou, capital of northwest China's Gansu Province, Dec. 4, 2012, a day ahead of the International Volunteer Day.
