County in E China's Jiangxi develops "drawing economy"

A total of 150 fine arts college students from south China’s Guangdong Province drew in Dajue Mountain in Zixi county, Fuzhou city, east China’s Jiangxi Province on April 2, 2023. The vibrant spring sceneries were quickly captured by their pens.

Zixi county is blessed with rich natural and cultural resources. In recent years, the county has taken advantage of resources in ecological tourism to develop a “drawing economy” through building bases for artists. It has attracted large numbers of students from fine arts colleges and famous artists to create artworks.
