Snow began to fall in most areas of Beijing starting in the early morning of Jan. 19, 2021. During the first snowfall in Beijing in 2021, light, sporadic snow continued to fall in the day. The Municipal Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow warning for slippery roads.
