Wangnao village, located in Funan county, east China's Anhui province, encouraged its residents to start a company and make and sell wooden handcrafts in 2019.
The company has now provided jobs for over 30 residents, of whom at least 10 are from poverty-stricken households, and increased the average monthly income of residents by about 3,000 yuan.
