Expert reveals top five longevity acupuncture points

The well-known massage expert of traditional Chinese medicine has shared 5 acupuncture points of your bodies, which could delay senescence and promote longevity, according to a recent report by China's Life Times.

 No. 1 Qihai acupuncture point, also called the lower pubic region, is a significant position of acupuncture and moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is effective to the insufficiency of Yang Sprit and can strengthen the body.

No. 2 Massage Baihui acupuncture point in the center of the head with palm. Doing this 50 circles respectively with clockwise and anticlockwise directions every time, and keep it for 2 or 3 times every day. It is effective to relieve palpitation, dizziness, insomnia, amnesia.

No. 3 Yongquan acupuncture point has remarkable effects on neurasthenia, energy reduction, insomnia and fatigue. Push a little hard in this acupuncture point until you feel warm. You can also use the method of moxibustion.

No. 4 Laogong acupuncture point has effects on clearing and removing the heart-fire, calming the mind, treating insomnia and building a strong heart.

No. 5 Massage Danzhong acupuncture point could dilate blood vessels and adjust the heart function. It has good effects to chest distress, palpitation, dyspnea, cough, and hiccup.

Using the finger pulp of thumb or middle finger, massage about 10 seconds every time, 3 or 5 times every day is appropriate.
