Spectacular view of Jiayuguan, west end of the Great Wall

Jiayuguan or Jiayu pass is located near the city of Jiayuguan in northwestern China’s Gansu province. It is the first pass at the west end of the Great Wall of China, and one of the main passes as well. The pass is also known as "First and Greatest Pass Under Heaven".
