Two buildings stands in the center of a newly-built provincial road in east China's Zhejiang province, bringing safety risks to cars passing by.
Ten households in the buildings refused to move out because they failed to reach consensus on demolition compensation with the local government.
The 15.2-kilometre-long 41 provincial road is an important construction project of Zhejiang, costing 889 million yuan and connecting 19 villages. The construction work started on Dec. 1, 2011. The road was put into temporary use before the Spring Festival this year.
