The Organization Department of Shaanxi Provincial Committee released recently the list of "One Hundred Talents" of Shaanxi province ". Thirteen people worked in Xi'an High-tech Zone was selected into the list.

"One Hundred Talents" is a project implemented by Shaanxi to support the national "One Thousand Talents" plan, with the aim to encourage and attract high-level talents to Shaanxi, to enhance the overall strength and technological innovation ability of personnel. The program focuses on the introduction of international high-level talents into key areas of economic and social development in Shaanxi province.
