Xia Xuehan, born in 1990s, is a helmswoman in South China Sea Fleet of the People’s Liberation Army Navy. She was once a student in Sichuan Art Institute. The Sichuan Earthquake in 2008 has changed her life. When she saw the soldiers saving her brother's life after the quake, she made up her mind to join the army.
