Zhang Zhixing, 13, was born in divorced family in Anyang, Henan province. He quit school at a very early age. Later he and his mother came to Zhengzhou, Capital of Henan. They lived in deprivation and hunger because the mother is seriously sick and feeble to do hard work.
With the help of good-hearted people, they found a job at a bicycle parking lot. As long as he has spare time, Zhang will take out his textbook, with the hope of going back to school.
Zhang said: “We have no money so I can’t go to school. But I really look forward to going to school. ”
Zhang prepares three meals for his mothers. He goes to the parking lot earlier than his mother. At work, he often has to move the heavy electric bicycles to place them orderly. Gradually, his hands get a lot of blisters and the blisters become callous. But he does not feel bad. Instead, he is happy because he lives with his mother. Now he just wants to earn more money for the treatment of his mother’s illness. He still harbors the dream of going to school one day.
