David Nabarro, representative of the United Nations (UN), takes part in the extraordinary Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) in Havana, Cuba, on Oct. 20, 2014. The summit slated for Monday was organized at requests by Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Margaret Chan, and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon as part of a global fight against the epidemic.
