#CHINA-YINCHUAN-HANDMADE MOON CAKE (CN*)

Zhou Xidong removes the peel of peanuts in a traditional way while preparing stuffing for mooncakes in his pastry shop Qingxinzhai in Yinchuan, capital of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Sept. 7, 2014. To the Chinese, eating mooncakes is the must when families celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on Sept. 8 this year. Although streamline mass-production has been applied to the mooncake-making job, time-consuming handmade mooncakes still gain favor from consumers by their mellow taste and delicate appearance.
