Chen Guangbiao Tastes Extinguisher Liquid in Promotion

High-profile Chinese multimillionaire and philanthropist Chen Guangbiao stole headlines again after he sprayed liquid from a fire extinguisher into his mouth to publicize the new equipment for disaster relief on Wednesday in Nanjing, Jiangsu province.

At a training center for disaster relief that he established in Nanjing, Chen was promoting a small but highly efficient extinguisher, saying the liquid inside, made of plant protein, is harmless and non-toxic.

Boasting that the liquid can be used to wash the face and even the mouth, Chen himself sprayed the liquid into his mouth.

Later, a rescue team organized by Chen, which provided aid after the Wenchuan earthquake, displayed other new equipment, such as life-detection radar, power saw and gas bag that can be used to fix limbs in place.
