A plane experienced two tire blowouts as it landed at Xianyang airport in Shaanxi province on Tuesday, Wuhan Evening News reported on Wednesday. No passengers or crew members were injured.

Flight FM9205, operated by Shanghai Airlines, left Shanghai for Jiayuguan, Gansu province with a scheduled stop at Xianyang in Shaanxi province.

Upon landing, passengers felt the two tires blowout in quick succession.

A photo taken by a passenger showed the deflated tires.

"When the first tire blew, we just felt as if the plane went over a bump. But when the second tire blew, there was a strong shudder and the plane stopped," a passenger from Shanghai said.

The plane was scheduled to leave Xianyang at 12:20 pm on Tuesday, but it was delayed for almost five hours.
