186 dead, 21 missing in in SW China quake

As of 3 p.m. today, 186 people have been killed and 21 have gone missing in the earthquake that hit southwest China's Sichuan province Saturday morning, according to the emergency management office of Sichuan province.

A total of 11,393 were injured, of which 968 were critically injured.

Altogether 179 people have been killed in the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in southwest China's Sichuan Province, the China Earthquake Administration announced Sunday.
