FUZHOU, April 2 (Xinhua) -- Rescuers have found the body of one worker and are trying to find another two who are buried after a bridge under construction collapsed in east China's Fujian Province, local authorities said Tuesday.

An unfinished scenic bridge at a real estate construction site in the city of Longhai collapsed at 8:30 p.m. Monday, burying seven workers, the municipal government said.

Four people were pulled out of the debris alive and are receiving medical treatment for their injuries.

Six of the workers are from Sichuan and the other is a local.

Public security officers, firefighters and medics have been sent to the site to rescue the buried workers.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
