Same winter different temperatures

Pedestrian braves the cold weather in Yakeshi of Hulun Buir in Inner Mongolia on Feb. 6, 2013. Influenced by the strong cold air, Hulun Buir area of northeast Inner Mongolia experienced low temperatures. Some cities even had extreme cold weather. The temperature in Yakeshi city dropped to minus 42 degrees Celsius, and to minus 44 degrees Celsius in Tulihe county at 7 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2013. The extreme cold caused the icy fog weather.
