Free lunch keeps rural students warm

Students get free lunch at Longdong Primary School in Longlin county, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, Jan 8, 2013. Free lunch covers 1.16 million rural students in 40 counties and regions in Guangxi. Since autumn 2011, with the release of "Guidance on Nutritional Improvement Plan for Rural Students" by the State Council, the free lunch program sponsored by city and county governments has become nationally funded.
