Gold price closes lower in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Gold price moved down 120 HK dollars to close at 11,980 HK dollars per tael in Hong Kong on Monday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.

The price is equivalent to 1,295.91 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, down 12.98 U.S. dollars at the latest exchange rate of 1 U.S. dollar against 7.76 HK dollars.
