CNPC, Rosneft sign oil contract: Putin

SAINT PETERSBURG, June 21 (Xinhua) -- China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Rosneft have signed a long-term agreement for oil deliveries, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday.
