According to the primary statistic data issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, China increased holding of 200 million U.S. dollar in U.S. treasury bonds in November after it increased 16.3 billion U.S. dollars of U.S. debt in October. China remains the largest treasury bonds holder of the United States.

Data show that China held U.S. treasury bonds for about 1.1701 trillion U.S. dollars in last November, an increase of 200 million U.S. dollars from 1.1699 U.S. dollars in October.

China’s gross holding of U.S. treasury bonds last year has surpassed the amount of 1.1662 trillion U.S. dollars at the very beginning of 2012.

As the largest holder of U.S. treasury bonds, Chinese authority has emphasized the importance of the U.S. treasury market for China. No matter increasing or reducing the U.S. debt holding, China will dynamically optimize the normal invest operation based on the market changes. Political interpretation is extremely unnecessary.
