Baise Uprising Memorial Hall is on the Yinglong Mountain, Baise city, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, occupying 100m and totaling 7 halls and 16 scenes. In June 2001, the Memorial was ranked as one of the nation's 100 Patriotism Educational Demonstration Bases by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.
The Momorial Hall consists of Baise Storm, Revolution Hero, Deng Xiaoping in Baise and Building New Baise. There are more than 1,400 pictures and articles in the hall, which depict the grand picture of the Baise Revolution and Youjiang Revolution Baise Fighting, and set out the outstanding achievements of the revolutionists in building a new society.
On Dec. 11, 1929, Deng Xiaoping, Zhang Yunyi, Chen Haoren, Li Mingrui, Wei Baqun, Lei Jingtian led the famous Baise Uprising, shocking South China. Baise Uprising resisted the Kuomingtang army and motivated the people living there.
