Dilber, 27, is a local of Kashi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. After graduating from Nankai University as a psychology major, she chose to work at her hometown. In 2011, she joined the SWAT team of Public Security Bureau of Kashi Prefecture. It took unimaginable hardship to be a SWAT member. During the months-long training, many people quitted, but Dilber persisted to the end and became a sharpshooter. The training changed her a lot: she became more open and stronger, and built a deep friendship with other team members.

Dilber said optimistically: "Though my work is hard, I am very happy to see my hometown getting more prosperous every day."
