National treasures from Forbidden City shown in Canada (6)

"Treasures from Forbidden City — Royal Cultural Relics Exhibition" cosponsored by the Palace Museum and the Royal Ontario Museum was opened in Toronto on March 5, 2014. The exhibition will last six months. A total of 250 pieces of cultural relics, including textiles, paintings and calligraphies, books, documents, weapons and armours, are displayed. Over 80 pieces of exhibits are displayed outside Forbidden City for the first time. The exhibition is the main exhibition held for the 100th anniversary of Royal Ontario Museum.
