Acquisition of Nokia – Smartphone's victory

Microsoft announced the purchase of Nokia's mobile services sector for 7.2 billion U.S. dollars on September 3, 2013. Having recognized that the effort to keep up with Apple and Samsung was hopeless, Nokia has cast off the burden and intends to focus its efforts on the business map service Nokia-Here.
